Payment options:

1.Cash on delivery
You have to pay for the goods upon receipt. All goods can be ordered without restriction. Cash on
delivery is only possible by courier delivery method.

2.Onlibe credit card payment – via VUB bank
Customers of Tartrabanka, VUB banka and Slovenská Sporiteľňa can use electronic banking to pay.
This payment method is only possible if the ordered goods are in our warehouse.
3.Cash
In the case of cash payment, you pay when you pick up the product at one of our stores. In case of
personal receipt, payment can be made by cash or by credit card.

Delivery options:

1. By courier company
The goods will be delivered to you by the courier on the working day following the dispatch. You will
receive an e-mail and a message informing you of the status of your order and ofthe day when the
package is delivered, and then the courier will contact you before delivery.
2. Personally in our store
If the ordered goods are in the central warehouse and you order the product by 16.00, it will be
available in the store after 12:00 on the next working day. But in every case you will receive a
confirmation and SMS to the phone number you provided.
