General terms and conditions of sale of the company’s mobile phone

1. Concepts
Seller is interested in selling the Seller’s mobile phone in the form of the Nový za stary service, for which he receives an electronic voucher or funds to the said bank account.
For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, Boarco s.r.o. with its registered office at Hlavná 22, 943 01 Sturovo, ID number 50806602, VAT number SK2120497852.
“New for old & quot; is a service provided by the Buyer that allows the purchase of a mobile phone from the Seller. “Terms & quot; are these terms and conditions that govern the purchase of mobile phones by the Buyer from

2. General provisions
1. The sale of a mobile phone can be made at any Boarco Store, the list of which is given through the e-shop www.mobilselling.eu. Seller
can sell any cell phone that is on the list of purchased cell phones, see. www.mobilselling.eu.
2. In the case of the sale of a mobile phone via the e-shop, the Seller is obliged to provide true data when placing the order.
3. In the case of completing a recycling order on the e-shop, the Seller has 7 calendar days to send a mobile phone to the Buyer, if he has placed a purchase and recycling order on the e-shop at the same time, otherwise the phone will not be available for purchase. If the customer has placed only a recycling order on the e-shop, he is obliged to hand over his mobile phone to the courier service for the first time. The Seller sends the mobile phone by courier service at the Buyer’s expense to the address specified in the recycling order.
4. The price stated on the recycling order is only indicative. In the event of a negative price difference or identification of equipment other than the equipment specified in the order, the Seller will be contacted at the telephone number specified in the recycling order. In the event that the Seller does not agree with the identified changes and with the final price, the mobile phone will be returned to him by courier service at the expense of the Buyer within 14 calendar days at the latest.
5. In the event that the Seller correctly identifies and correctly evaluates the condition of its mobile phone, the Buyer guarantees the Seller the redemption price of the mobile phone specified in the recycling order during the next 14 calendar days from the date of evaluation, i. placing a recycling order. Otherwise, the mobile phone is evaluated again from the prices current on the day of the mobile phone evaluation.
6. If the mobile phone is not on the website www.mobilselling.eu, it is not possible to sell the device to the Buyer.

7. The seller is obliged to use the envelope delivered by the courier to send the mobile phone, in the original condition in which he received it. The buyer reserves the right not to accept an unidentified envelope.
8. In the event that the loss of the mobile phone occurs after handing over the mobile phone to the courier, the Buyer shall be liable for the damage caused, who shall reimburse the Seller for the estimated price stated on the recycling order.
3. Final provisions
1. The Seller agrees that the Buyer shall process his personal data provided by the Seller in connection with the sale of mobile phones, for the purpose of processing the recycling order and making the purchase of sold mobile phones.
2. The buyer reserves the right to change the method of taking over and delivery of mobile phones as well as to change the subject of delivery and other parameters of the purchase of mobile phones.
3. The buyer reserves the right to restrict or temporarily or permanently terminate the purchase of mobile phones.
4. The provisions of the General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Electronic Communication Services via the Public Telephone Network of Boarco s.r.o. shall apply mutatis mutandis to relations not regulated by these Terms and Conditions. as amended and
generally binding legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.
5. Terms used in these Terms, which are not specifically defined here, have the same meaning as the same terms defined in the General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Electronic Communication Services via the Public Telephone Network of Boarco s.r.o.
6. These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force and effect on 21.01.2021. With the effectiveness of the new wording of the Terms, their previous wording loses its validity and effectiveness.
